i actually WANT to write a bucket list. it's something i'll get around to i know. I'd stop going to school probably and concentrate all of my time and effort into on stage endeavors and writing. i'd sit down at the piano everyday and pour my heart into music. i'd spend time with friends and family, and do my best to realize my dreams. i'd tell everyone how i feel about them, and be honest. i'd rather leave an impression on someone (even if it's telling them that i see them in a negative light) than have them speculate about me or my opinions. i'd love and live with every fiber of my being.
i can't even answer this question. my mind is racing in 5 million different directions, and i can't make sense of any of it. does that count as a worry?
i saw "The Hangover" and uhm, it was pretty much the most hilarious thing of my life... for serious...
"not you, fat Jesus!"
"not you, fat Jesus!"
i've only really officially lived in NJ, where i live now...
i lived in a dorm in Syracuse for a total of three days... so i don't think that really counts...
i do believe that living at Camp Nazareth counts though! i'll be living there for a month once again this summer...
and i hope that i'll be living in East Stroudsburg come this fall :)

i must admit that i am a huge star wars fan... no joke...
star trek, i actually did watch on TV sometimes, when it would run on repeats... and i saw the movie & thought it was pretty awesome (and i mean, the guys were hot too, so that was a plus)
so i actually like them both... but if forced to choose, it would be star wars, no doubt.
can i still have chris pine, though?

yep... i rejected someone's apology because they didn't mean it... and they were only apologizing because someone told them they had to... i told him i knew it wasn't genuine, and that i'd rather he just be cordial to me, and not try to be friends with me just because he was dating a friend of mine... although said apologizer and i had not gotten along for, well, our entire lives... so i told him the apology was fake and would rather he not do that again...
he sucks.
he sucks.
i don't think that i can even answer that question... my mother has told me before that i don't remember things well because i have the lyrics to too many songs in my head... and it's true... i love music, so i know about a million songs by heart... you don't even want me to try to name them... the list could go on forever
a lot. i tend to keep things inside that i think will inconvenience others. so i just avoid talking about them. i make my issues seem less serious than they are in order to ease any adverse emotions that people may have about them. i'd have to identify some people and let them know just how much i've been struggling with my personal demons for the past few months. i try to keep it inside so that people don't worry about me, when that's probably exactly what i need.
teleportation.
no, it hasn't been invented yet.
but someone needs to get on that ASAP. i want to be able to apparate like they can in harry potter. because seriously, then i wouldn't have to pay to put gas in the car, and no more 6 hour car rides.
if teleportation is out, i want to be able to run super fast like the vampires in twilight. yeah, let's go for that, because then at least i'm getting exercise :)
so i love Saturday Night Live. I'm not sure I could pick who was the funniest. although she was kind of "before my time" aka before i was really old enough to be watching SNL and getting all the jokes, but i LOVED Cheri Oteri. the spartans skit is probably one of my favorite of all time.
will ferrell is also a personal favorite along with chris kattan.
i have to say though, that tina fey & amy poehler are tied for my favorite. people say i remind them of amy poehler (which is an amazing compliment in my mind). i think they're both hilarious, strong, funny women. i really love tina fey, because it's not that she can just "act" funny. she's an amazingly talented writer.
chris farley is also high up on the list. one of my other favorite sketches is the matt foley sketch. there was someone at camp who used to spoof it all the time when we did "friday night live" for skits when i was younger.
i'd also have to say that i really liked tim meadows. the ladies' man skit was hilarious. i never saw the movie (i find that a lot of times, the movies just aren't that great). i will admit though that molly shannon in 'superstar' was awesome.
i really don't think i can pick... they're all hilarious.
because dan akroyd and chevy chase also rock my socks off :)
SNL = Love.
Uhm, I miss everyone from camp. Immensely.
There aren't even words.
I bounce my foot around. It's pretty ridiculous. I also have little like twitchy habits... haha they're hard to describe, but if you know me, you know what i'm talking about hah. i also crack my toes alot when i'm nervous hah.. but only if i'm barefoot or have on flip flops... not even touching them, just like bending my toes against the ground
weeeeeeeird hah
teleport!!
hah kinda funny that that's an option, because my friend midge & i always talk about how we want to be able to teleport.
amazing choice.
neither. i mostly just use my livejournal, because it's easier than my writing things down in a real journal. plus there's actually less risk of someone reading this than a paper journal, knowing the people in my house. although, i do keep both.
so i don't have a bunch of friends on here, because it's really just to get things out there. so i guess i'm more of a comment giver, because i'm friends with people that write stories i read, and i comment on those sometimes hah.
- Music:more than words - xtreme
there are quite a few things that i could answer this question with. let's begin shall we?
1) the "my sister dances on square poles" conversation. because it proves that if i have had enough water to drink, and am hanging out with sammy jo, it doesn't matter that i'm 16. i still just might pee my pants.
2) i'm pretty clumsy, and my friend eric always made fun of it. then we were walking up to the fourth floor for music classes my junior year, and he tripped up the stairs and slid down a few. instead of saying he tripped, he claimed to have been trying to avoid a packet of jelly that was sitting on the stairs. on the opposite side. newsflash: just a few days later, my bookbag broke as we were walking out of algebra toward the cafeteria. proving that when combined, we are clumsier than life itself. the contents of my life was sprawled across the hallway in front of the auditorium.
3) REPAIRMAN! that's all that needs to be said on that subject.
4) a funny and proud moment wrapped into one. finally beating Elio at the question game during improv my senior year. proud, because he was impossible to be. funny because i did it by asking a question about my boobs, and he was so flustered that he couldn't say anything. Ms. Walsh almost died laughing, and I think Elio and I laughed for about an hour afterwards.
And finally
5) I drew you a picture... it's called. 'Restless Alex'
HAHAHA
and i'm out!
uhm vampires. i guess it's because i've read twilight and fell in love with edward.
fictional characters do that to me. hah
pirates.
no question about it.
there are about 20 different answers to this question.
nickname #1: bug when i was little and learning to play the piano, the first song i learned was called "snug as a bug" and i would play it over and over... so my siblings called me bug.
nickname #2: brown eyed girl after the van morrison song. one year at camp, someone requested it for 'rachel'... it was for rachel moriak, but my eyes are brown as well, and my friends thought it was for me, so ever since then, the request the song for me and sing it hah
nickname #3: ducky for one, it's a land before time reference (from the first one, i haven't seen all 5 million installments)... and my oldest niece hannah couldn't say rachel when she was little, and there was a duck that i would give her to play with whenever i gave her a bath... so she started calling me ducky... and then her younger sister grace picked up on it... and my brother-in-law joe thought it was funny, so he also calls me ducky.
nickname #4: gweneth completely thought up by sammy jo... i'm still not sure of the story behind it haha.
nickname #5: prib a variation of my last name. in high school, it was easier to just call me 'prib' 'pribs' or 'pribish' because of how many siblings i had... and 4 of them girls. instead of risking confusing me for another one of my sisters, teachers found it easier to just call me by my last name. and then alot of my friends picked up on it, because they thought it was a cool last name... and i don't mind it hah
so yeah, all the other ones are variations of my first name (rach, rakkel, rafiki, rae).. and very few people can get away with calling me "rachie" ... either you've known me for a really long time, are related to me, or are one of my best friends...
and that's about it hah
- Mood:
content
depends on how bad a day and why.
it usually involves physical activity, such as dancing or running outside...
or singing loudly in the car... or even in my room.... music is usually the best outlet to get things out for me
unless it's something someone did to piss me off.. then i might just yell at said person...
i don't know if i could say any animal really frightens me... but marmosets kinda creepy me out.. they're just so TINY!!
i suppose a dangerous snake would frighten me... but i've only ever encountered non dangerous ones, and then just thrown them back into the woods hah...
